New releases
Tagging system for Activity
We’ve added the ability to attach customized tags to the lookalike entries that are present in the Activity page table. This will allow you to improve your existing workflows when reviewing lookalike domains.
For each tag, you may specify:
A color
A unique name
A description that you may review from the Activity page when working with the tags
The screenshot below shows the section of the Settings page that allows you to manage your tags:
Once your list of tags is populated on the Settings page, you may go to the Activity page table. There will be a new column called Tags with a plus button that when clicked, will show you a dialog with the list of existing tags, as seen in the following screenshot:’
Toggle each tag button to add it to the lookalike entry that is being acted on. Alternatively, if you’ve already attached tags and want to remove some, you may untoggle the corresponding tag button. Hovering over the cursor on the information icon will show you the description provided for the corresponding tag.
Finally, you may filter your Activity page table based on the Tags column. In order to do so, click on the Filters button from the table toolbar, select the Tags column and select the tag names you want to filter on from the dropdown, as seen in the following screenshot:
These tags can be combined with the creation of a custom view based on a Tags filter so that you can load such a view and work with its resulting data more rapidly.
Training status of uploaded logos
We’ve added the training status of your uploaded logos to the Logos pages, as follows.
For starters, an overall training status per each logo class will be displayed as a new column on the Logos page table, as shown below:
Clicking on a logo class from the table will redirect you to that logo class details page. Here you will also be able to see the training status of all logos belonging to that class, as shown below.
As a reminder, recently uploaded logos may take up to 48 hours to get fully trained in our systems, for OnDOMAIN to be able to detect them in the scanned domains.
Improvements
System performance improvements
We’ve worked hard to improve the API response times and the performance spent on critical computations. The UI has not been affected by these changes and in general, you should benefit from slightly faster response times when loading the Domains and the Activity pages.
Simpler identities card on Dashboard page
We’ve reworked the design of the Discovered Identities dashboard page card, to show the most relevant information in a more structured format. See an example below.
As you may notice, the card provides information on the total number of discovered identities, as well as how many of those are currently disabled and recommended for enablement based on our Relevance Detection system.
Clicking on any of the arrow buttons will lead you to the Identities table from the Settings page with some filters applied automatically (if applicable).
Merged reputation columns on Activity page
The Activity page has shown historically two columns disclosing information about the reputation of lookalike domains. The two columns were Domain Reputation and IP Reputation.
We have simplified the Activity page table to show the information of the previously mentioned columns into a single column, named Reputation, whose icon matches the one from the following screenshot:
The specifics of the detected reputation problems are listed in more detail within the lookalike details page Reputation card, as shown below:
Improved response times for Email Details Page
Accessing the details page of a given honeypot-detected email could take a while to load. We have optimized our API to provide much faster response times when loading the email information on the email details page.
